We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded an AA Rosette for our "culinary excellence". We are very proud to have been awarded this accolade as it was our aim to put Exmouth on the food map and this is certainly a step in the right direction.  We would, once again, like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their support  and particularly anyone who put us forward for assessment to the AA Hotel Services. We would not have received this accolade without you. We will be featured in the next edition of the Restaurant Guide which is published in September but in the mean time you can see us on the AA web site http://www.theaa.com/restaurants/exmouth-les-saveurs-at-the-seafood-1748910.                                  As we have only just been awarded this accolade we have not yet provided them with information for our entry but do feel free to visit it and leave a review!

We are looking forward to introducing our exciting new Wine and Dine evenings soon. Clare from Christopher Piper Wines will be spending the evening with you and talking about the selection of wines that will accompany the meal. Our first one will be on Friday 9^th April, with evenings also planned for July and October. Watch this space for further details.

Of course we will continue to have our monthly Specials. Keep checking for our menus or let us know if you wish to join our mailing list. These evenings are now extremely popular and fill up quickly so early booking is recommended.

Olivier hits the big 40 on the 12^thof March and plans to have a celebration evening. We haven't quite worked out the exact format as of yet but are thinking of a possible buffet style starter and dessert with a hot main so that Olivier can sit down with you all. You know how he likes to dress the plates but I'm sure you will forgive him this one night if it is a serve yourself evening!? As always, the food will still be excellent.

The 5^th to 10^th of April is show week for Sean in Centre Stage and as he is playing Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof we will be closed on Saturday 10^th of April to watch his show. Do go along and support your local youth theatre group. You won't be disappointed as, those of you who have already seen them know, they are excellent (not that we are biased! Ha! Ha!).

We are aware that for some of you the first visitors of the year come for the Easter period so don't forget that we now have the function room available for groups of 8 or more. We can plan a menu to suit your needs. Some of you have already used our function room for Christmas parties, birthday parties or family reunions and we hope to utilise the function room more for your special occasion.

We would also like to thank those of you who have left some excellent reviews on our web page. Many of our new customers tell us that they were persuaded to try us because of our excellent reviews. Thank you.
